SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders placed during our operating hours (9 am to 5 pm on weekdays) will start being processed on that day, Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day from 9 am. Orders placed on the weekend/ holiday(s) will be processed the next business day. Kindly note that we do NOT ship orders the same day and order processing time for "Ready to ship" units is 2-3 working days. An email will be sent through to you to notify you that your order is being processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another confirmation email from us with a tracking number. Delivery time for local orders is 2-3 working days, for international orders the delivery time is generally 5-7 working days. Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. It may cause a delay in processing your order if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided or if there are unverified details with your order.

We advice all customers to carefully review both their shipping and billing information prior to checking out, this is to ensure that any possible delays are avoided.

For Paypal users, kindly ensure that the shipping address is the same as the confirmed address on your Paypal  account to avoid any complications and/ delays. We ship Monday throughout Friday, this excludes weekends and holidays.

International customers (outside of South Africa) are to pay for any inbound duties, taxes and/ any other fees which your local Customs authority may claim if applicable. Mas Hair Line cannot refund these fees as they are Not paid to us but to your local carrier or government.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

​

Mas Hair Line takes pride in the high levels of customer satisfaction as well as the quality control it provides. Part of our quality assurance measures include thorough inspection of each order before being shipped. This is done in order to uphold the premium standard requirements of our clients. As a result, all sales are final.

​

Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions: 

  • If in the unlikely case, there's a fault with the product(s) purchased on our site; we will agree to exchange that particular product for an alternative product of the same value (If it is readily available in stock. If it isn't available you would have to allow a turnaround time of 10-15 working days) and only if the product is returned within three days (72 hrs) after receiving it (proof of product receipt should be provided to us).

  • All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer's expense and so, we recommend sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. We will not be held responsible for lost packages. An exchange can only happen when the product has been received by us.

  • When it comes to our wigs, Mas Hair Line reserves the right to deny returns and/exchanges if they have been worn, washed,styled, have products applied to the hair, the lace or hair has been cut or altered with.

  • Any additional service(s) requested on the unit purchased from us will be charged for accordingly after you have received the unit (e.g If the unit has been worn/ lace cut / altered with (before or after 72hrs) & you'd like for us to resize/ recolour /revamp the unit in any way, we will charge you a fee for that service).
